Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.06c

Just installed ac2800 only can find on SSID 2.4mhz but no 5ghz 

they borth enabled but I can’t 5g

Does the device you are trying to use support 5ghz as many older ones do not and even some new ones? Are you using different SSIDs? Was the 5ghz SSID used previously on that device? If so you may need to delete (forget) the WIFI settings and re-establish it. How far away are you from the router as 2.4 is slower but supports greater distance than 5ghz.

What about the wifi leds? Are they on now?

 

Does your device support 5GHz？ Besides, you can login to the web UI of the VR2800 and go to basic-wireless page to verify whether the wifi function is working properly. 

 

Besides, you can grad a device which does support 5GHz to do a comparison analysis.
