I'm sure one of you are going to be able to help me, whats causing me to not be able to access my router's dash?

 

 

I turned off Bitdefender firewall, windows firewall is also off. I'm baffled.

I should also add I can access it happily from my phone via the tether app I can connect to the internet absolutely fine on this desktop

Have you tried accessing it using it's IP address?

 

192.168.0.1

Hi,

 

Please use 192.168.0.1 or tplinkwifi.net to access the web interface. 

 

Meanwhile, you can change another web browser or device to login.
