Yes, of course. But I wonder that which password you need to reset, wifi password or management password. Anyway, you can just login to the management page by entering tplinkrepeater.net in your browser address bar. But I think you could download Tether App to do that, much easier I think.

Yes, you can change the password via a tablet.

FYI, the wifi password of RE200 cannot be changed cause it has to be the same one as the main router's wifi password. 

So if it is the password  to access the web UI, you can login to the web UI and go to settings-system tools-adminstration/admin account to change it. Or you can use Tether app.
