Good afternoon, I'm an 81 year old newbie and am very limited in my capabilities setting up my new adapter in my PVR so I'm hoping someone can help please.

I was hoping I could just plug it into the unit and receive a signal but nothing happens. Clearly there's a good reason!

Hopefully it won't be too difficult. My router, a Huawei569b is from my broadband supplier Spark New Zealand.

Hi,

 

The TL-WN821N is a network adapter, and it is aimed to common devices, which is the computer. 

 

And there are offical driver for the Windows OS/Mac OS or so, for the PVR, it is suggested to contact their tech support whether the PVR has the built-in driver regarding to this adapter.
