In Advanced -> Diagnostic Tool, I enter either a server name or an IP address and choose either ping or traceroute and the only thing that changes is the caption of the button from "Start" to "Stop" Otherwise the output text is always "The Router is ready."
Any idea?

There will be some information listed once you hit ping or traceroute, please wait a few seconds after you click start and check whether you can see it.
Meanwhile, if still the same, please show me the screenshot of the diagnostics page.

ok, took like 2 minutes but it worked.
Strange thing is if I log into the router remotely, using an external IP from my phone it works fast.
