Hi, below is the instruction to setup OpenVPN server on the C1200.

While for the static IP of client device, while below are some instructions to setup static IP on computers.

https://www.tp-link.com/en/faq-14.html

For other devices, we are afraid that there is not much we can do cause we are not familair with them.

Note: Please setup the stacti IP in the same subnet of the VPN server.
