Firmware Version:

Every time I try to connect to TL I get a message pop up, that says that the password is incorrect and that if I want to reset, press the reset button 5 secs etc.

I tried it several times to reset it. I even tried the 30 30 30 method. 

Nothing!

I keep geting the same message.

I even tried to visit manualy http://192.168.0.1/

Nothing!

Can this been fixed or do I have to bring it back to the shop?

Hello, below is the instruction to reset the 850RE.

With the extender powered on, use a pin to press the RESET button for 1 second. The extender will reboot.

 

Then you can follow the setup instructions to configure it and give it a shot.
