Archer C1200 V2 randomly reboots

When my WDR3600 died after 4 years of duty without any issues I got a C1200 V2. The newest firmware version was installed instantly via the auto update (it's the same as on the website, I checked) and it was set up properly. However, it reboots randomly - not very often, but still. I have encountered it about a dozen times during my first year of ownership now and it is really annoying. There is no heavy load on the device at all, my internet is only 20/5 Mbit and there is only one PC wired to it, and one PC / one tablet / two mobile phones via WLAN - but never at the same time, usually it's only one mobile phone using the WLAN.
I have no explanation for this and recently it rebooted while i was in an online multiplayer game, which is simply unacceptable. It just happened again today when I was lying in bed, surfing on my mobile phone like I've done thousands of times before...I don't know what's wrong with this device but I am kind of sick of it by now.
I have searched this community but I did not find anything recent about it, only with old firmwares for V1 devices. Does anybody have similar issues or even solutions?

1. I did not pay attention when I first installed. I never expect a new router will have reboot issues. The automatically reboots have happened randomly with or without VPN. I remembered I upgraded firmware once last year. BTW, The router has rebooted at least 3 times yesterday. The third reboot appears happened immediately after I logout of the router.
2 Yes. Normally, I found a reboot has happened (a) after lost connections to the VPN (b) Browser freeze (c) lost Remote Desktop to a Windows computer in another room. (d) check and verify the router's system.log The reboot took several minutes. The syslog only contains the last log. There is no record of the cause of the reboot.
3. I disabled the wireless on the C1200 router. The router is used as wired only router. I used a separate Cisco wireless router and connect it wired to the C1200 router. I connect all four wired ports to other switches. I have no reboot problems when I used the old AC900 (The AC900 failed to answer DHCP).
4. The TP-Link C1200 router is used as wired only router.
5. Yes. I used the original power adapter.
6. I have 16 reserved IP addresses on the DHCP server. If I backup and restore the settings after factory reset, does it defeat the purpose of factory reset?
I am taking AC1200 offline today for troubleshooting. I will use a slower router that does not reboot automatically.
Still, does TP-Link have a beta firmware for AC1200 V3? Do I have to enter all 16 reserved IP addresses again? Can I restore the settings from a different version of firmware?

You can try the below beta firmware on your C1200 and confirm if the auto-reboot issue will be resolved:
https://static.tp-link.com/2019/201912/20191211/Archer C1200(US_CA_TW)_V3_180307(Beta).zip
Below is the guide to upgrade this firmware:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2139/
If it is not suggested to import the config file back into the router, you can reconfigure the address reservation manually.

Hi, Thank you very much for your response.
I tried the experimental firmware. It still reboot by itself after 2 days of use.
I start my experiment on Saturday morning (4/17/2021). When I switched to use another router 9 days ago, I did not turn off the C1200 router.
When I re-connected back to the C1200 router, I found the C1200 router has NOT rebooted for the past 7 days when it was not in active use.
I loaded and used the experimental firmware since then. However, I found the C1200 with the experimental firmware rebooted about 40 minutes ago. Therefore, the experimental firmware does not resolve the reboot issue. The C1200 router is pretty much useless. I switched back to the slower router.
It appears the experimental firmware is an older version 3.04 built in 2018. It is NOT an advanced engineering build after the latest release 3.07 in 2020.
It is very unfortunate that the C1200 is buggy and kept reboot by itself. I need to start shopping around for a reliable router.

We haven't got any update on this whether there is a new official version for the C1200 v2, if it still reboots after installing the beta firmware, please contact the local tech support to confirm if they have other suggestions on this, or they can advise on the warranty.

I've found my C1200 V2.0 EU router week ago, and gave it last chance with 180308(Beta) firmware.
Disabled almost all networking options leaving only 2.4gHz network and nat boost to take advantage of my 200mbit wlan connection over wifi.
Guess what, after 2 hours router started rebooting.
Is this a hardware fault that tp-link doesn't want to admit?
None of the threads I've found on interwebz about this router mentioned that problem was solved permanently with beta version of firmware.
The worst thing is that components used in this model don't allow to use any alternative firmware.
Can I throw this thing with a clear conscience to electronic garbage can?
After all this years (3 or even 4) I don't have anymore purchase receipt, so guarantee is no more valid.
