Hello...  When I open the browser and type in the address, I don't get 2 bars to enter id and password.  I get one bar asking for password and a login button below it.  I have tried entering admin and tried the password of my router but not liking that.  Help?

What's the model number of your product? When you reach the login page, can you see TP-link or the model number of your device there? If not, that page may not be our login page.

 

Or that page is our login page, but the password is not admin, you changed it to your own password before. You can try to factory reset your device by press the reset button for 8 seconds until the light change, then try to use admin to login again. And when you try to login, just connect one client to the device.
