Hi there.
have used one powerline extender for a few months - no issues.
paired a new one today for another part of the house and it only shows the 2.4ghz network, not the 5ghz one
full signal for 2.4
zxyel router working fine and first extender still showing both.
any suggestions really appreciated
If the extender not broadcasting the 5G wifi, we suggest you move it close to the router, it it still the same, factory reset(by press the reset button for 8 seconds) it, and reinstall it agian, then set up a different name for the 2.4G wifi and 5G wifi. Do you have the 5G wifi signal after that?

By the way, what's the model number of your extender?
