WR941HP router not working properly

Today I bought WR941HP router and can't even get proper signal on the next room.Router also performs very slow.Any solution?

Hello,you can adjust the position of the antenna to improve the wifi signal strength, instruction as below: http://www.tp-link.com/en/faq-455.html

Besides, you can change the wireless settings to do that.
