Hi All,

I need to know, why my device ( TL-WR840N), can not work proper.

because after web setting and using quick setting done.the TL-WR840N can not appear the green indicator ( only yellow indicator) and also in web setting sudenly no internet after 100% complete rebooting.

 

please help me.

Hi, 

 

Who is your internet service provider?

 

On the back of the TL-WR840N, is the blue port connected to your modem?

 

What's the firmware and hardware version of the TL-WR840N? Is the internet light goes to yellow?

 

Do you have internet when connect your PC to the modem directly?
