What's the firmware and hardware version of your modem? If your firmware is not the latest one, you can try to upgrade firmware.
May I know is the wired connection stable or not?
How many devices connected to the modem at the same time? By wired or wireless connection?
When did you buy the modem?
How about the lights on the modem when the wireless network is disappear? Is the wireless light still on?
