Since no one else will give it a shot, here goes. Is your firmware up to date? When you enter your configuration, do you use the quick set up or the Advanced first. Try the other way next time. Make sure the reset button is not stuck. Be sure to page down the page and click any save buttons on each page. After saving changes to the router, I generally power my off and on.
