my archer c9 v1 wont start up just flasshes the 2 little arrows and the usb led

any ideas

If power off and on does not fix it, then I would use the procedure to reset the router to factory specs and re-enter the setup info.

As ArcherC8 said, follopw the steps to reset your router.
