I need to reinstall my RE305 extender but the process is requesting to login with user and password to device. No link to recover password and/or user. any idea what to do? thanks
Hi,
If you forgot the login info, the only option is factory reset the unit. Use a pin to press the reset button on the extender for a few seconds until all the lighs flash once. Then you can start over, create a new password and install the extender again.
