Archer C9 UPNP not working

Factory restore, fresh configuration, UPNP seems not to be working, any ideas on help please?

My QNAP Nas server says "No upnp router found on this network"

Firmware latest?

UPnP is enabled by default on the router. Make sure UPnP is also enabled on your NAS.

UPNP is inherently insecure and you should not be using it. Your C9 is apparntly protecting you from yourself.
