What do i need to do to allow me to remotely access my archer c60 router through tether when i am not in range of the wifi signal please?
You can set on VPN in your router, if the possibillity is there.
On 3G/4G mobile, you can connect with your router.

Without VPN, can the TETHER APP able to remote monitor router, dlink was able to do by register user login and password. It can use APP, browser to remote monitor & control
