My router can be seen and can connect to my wireless devices, but can't connect to the Internet. The light is orange ( all other lights are OK)
I have tried a reset... No luck. Please help
A friend in the the same local area (3 km away from me) has the same ISP, and he can connect OK
That is a cable modem-router. You can tell by the number of LAN ports on the back. >1 = router.
So you have two routers trying to allocate addresses and manage the traffic of devices that you connect to your network.
If you cannot put it into bridge mode, then you could try putting your Tp-link 300 N router into access point mode. This will disable its router features.
Be warned that in AP mode, the router will lose some features.
