I have tried for 3 evening's now to connect range extender to my WiFi router but with no joy I've done live chat still can't get it connected and tonight I phoned up there Tec team they or as much use as ?well they said they would send me an email which I've not had yet can anyone help me with this.....

Call tec again if you still not receive an email. Or you can email them and tell them what you've done, who you talked to, reference #, etc.
