I just purchased tp-link C5400x router today, no issue with the Basic setup, but whenerver I try to access the Advaned tab, it just stuck there with a spinning wheel.
Give it a minute or two, it just may need some time. Then you should try from different powerful browsers such as Chrome or Firefox.
If the issue still occurs, try reset or software update.
Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I am using Chrome, and the spinning wheel is there for more than 10 minutes, and I can't access to any Advanced features as the results.
