when i power on my modem
it lock on screen that show tp-link logo
and i can't do anything
also i can't reset with reset button
please help me

I think this problem is hardware damage.
because after turn on device will be locked and can't connect to pc
and any thing not work.
can't reset
can't power off
can't connect to pc

hi, as well my modem (v3) stuck on the logo.

It just lying down, then theres no signal, i turned off and the end. Its stuck on logo

why?

Same here, wanted to know the fix/solution to stuck loading logo.. Also, it seems product's issue. Im looking everywhere for a solution, even tplinks site dont have a solution available yet. #M7350

Hey, try to contact the tech support to verify whether it is faulty and check the warranty policy.
