After setting up the modem I was unable to access anything other than the settings page. I couldn’t visit any websites and had no internet functionality. I ran a diagnostic for web browsing and it’s final message was ISP authentication fail. How do I solve this? My isp is Sky. Will I just have to contact them and tell them to pull their finger out?
