I still have a couple TL-PA251 adapters, but I'm having trouble getting them to pair.
I cannot find the original CD that they came with, so I hoped I could download the Windows or Mac utility to enable me to reset them.

I cannot find this on the TP-Link website.

Can anyone advise?

You can also reset them by pressing the button for VERY long, until the LEDs show you they're restarting. Then you can proceed to pair them with regular one-second button press.
