PC turn on then off then boots normally after inserting TP Link PCIe Wifi Card

Hi,
Since i updated PC with TP LINK ( TL-WN881ND) WiFi PCIe Adapter, When i turn on the PC it turn on then off for 1-2 seconds then again boots normally. It happen only when i insert PCIe card. Without Card works perfect. First i thought it could be PSU. then i have upgraded PSU from 450W to 600W Cooler Master PSU. Still problem remains same. Kindly help with this issue.

Asus Prime B350 Plus Mobo
Crucial 8GB x 2 RAM 2400 DDR4
Samsung EVO 850 Pro 500 GB SSD
Kingston V300 240 GB SSD
WD 1 TB HDD x 2 Nos
Cooler Master 600W PSU
Cooler Master MasterLiquid Lite 120 CPU Cooler
Gigabyte GTX 1050Ti 4GB Graphics Card
