Archer d5 in router mode just as an ap not receving dhcp from main router and not conecting clients via wifi

I have a archer d5 from the days when only adsl was available in my area now i have a fiber connection and a tp-link tl-wr1043nd with LEDE as my main router with all the necessary things for acess the web and isp iptv via igmpproxy and igmp snopping
the problem is that from ive searched alternative firmware is not available for archer d5
So just as i mentioned in the title clients via wifi dont get ip but via wired get
i will post the log and screen captures of the webui to keep my text short
main router internal ip is 192.168.10.1 with ipv6 activated in lan and wan using google dns
All services on the archer d5 are disable just lan and wifi are activated
and lan is on fixed ip with no dhcp with ip: 192.168.10.2
and igmp v2 is required in order to iptv to work if there is a way to force igmp via ssh or telnet i would like to force it for the warnings on log to clear
sorry for my english as is not my main language
and all help is appreciated because i can not tell how many hours ive tried to solve the problem and couldnt
