I have a Segate personal cloud and I want to limit its WAN connection to only between 2am and 2pm but I would like it still to have LAN access 24/7.
Is that possible to restrict using the admin options?

You can use access control or parental control to do that.
For the green web management page, using access control: http://www.tp-link.com/ca/faq-273.html
For the blue web management page, using parental control: http://www.tp-link.com/ca/faq-1124.html

Id like to allow my device, with fixed up of 192.168.0.100To access the lan 24/7But wan only between 0200 and 0700What's the best way to do that?

It depends on what kind of web page you C7 have.
