Hi, I have an I archer c5 and after a couple of hours if I try to connect I cant.
I have to reboot and them the pc is able to connect but after a couple of hours the problem happens again.
I tried a reset thinking that I may had done something but the problem seems to persist.
Does this as anything to do with the Krack attack?

nothing to do with the Krack attack. Unstable connection on the router.
Suggest to check the firmware and hardware, update to the latest firmware.
Test when only one device connect to the router whether has the same issue.
Better contact tp-link
support team at [EMAIL="support@tp-link.com"]support@tp-link.com[/EMAIL] if has further issue, they will response.

I had checked for updates and its up to date.
