TP-link archer c9 FTP problems (with IP camera's)

I recently set up 4 foscam IP camera's (
Foscam FI9821P). They should upload their video (max 800kb/s each) via the FTP server to the archer c9. But that fails many times.
sometimes it works for two days, sometimes it doesn't work at all. When all camera's are connected I cant acces the ftp anymore because the maximum of connections is reached. So the archer c9 can only hold 4 ftp connections at a time...? that would be a bummer. Another thing: the camera's are set on PASV. Is that correct or should I choose PORT? There are no problems with the wifi signal. The signal is great.
