Hello

I recently buy TP-LINK Archer T4UH, because I have one notebook that not supports wifi 5 GHz, i a Lenovo G475 (a Little old) but with this device must see it, but I don't see in fact I see the wifi 5g of a neighbor. Strange isn't ?

Algo I plug the device in another notebook more new (Lenovo y700) without the device I see the 2 wifi, 2.4 and 5 GHz. But from tplink only see wifi 2.4

I don't understand what happens?

Can someone help me please.

Thanks

It can find your neighbor's 5G, it means the adapter is working properly. Did you try to change the channel for the 5G wifi of your router? There are 4 bands, can try one channel in each band and see if the adapter can see it.
Band 1: 36-48
Band 2: 52-64
Band 3: 100-140
Band 4: 149-165
