Shanky2201 Correct. The ISP equipment on the other end of the cable, which your C6 router is connected to. One more thing you could test - disable IPv6, reboot the device and test again.

If you subscribed to only 40 mbps then it's OK, but your ISP could tell you if its equipment port speed is 100 mbps or 1000 mbps. If it's 1000 mbps then that's a problem you have to solve.
