You switch may be damaged. Did you try different way for support. TP-Link should support live chat, email and phone support.

unfortunately TP-Link router doesn't support telnet and radius for VPN yet.

@JoeJudo As you said, R600VPN doesn't support telnet. And doesn't support raidus for VPN account. You need to create VPN account through web-GUI. And you can enable remote management to manage rotuer...
