What's the hardware version and current firmware version of your W8968? Which firmware are you trying to upgrade? Did you extract the file before upgrade?

You can back it up successfully but cannot upload it after upgrade the latest firmware? Maybe you just reconfigure it directly if the configuration is lost because of firmware upgrade...
