Sorry I may mislead you... TL-WN751ND is not compatible with Windows 8 as there is no driver for Windows 8. In this case, it is not compatible with Windows Server 2012 OS as well. :(

In access point mode, you have to connect WA701ND and main router by a network cable. To access internet by WA701ND, you can only use wireless connection as there is only on Ethernet port on WA701ND....
