Check the cable connection between switch and OC200. Move OC200 to another switch's port to have a try.

My OC200 doesn't have this issue. I put it in my LAN 10.10.0.0/24. Everything works fine even after unplug and re plug the power. I suggest you contact TP-Link support for help.

You can create a new SSID with no password authentication. Verify if it is an authentication issue. Trying to reboot the wifi connection of your client devices.
