Can we set static IPs outside the reserved area now?

@hashrack Users are not isolated from other LAN clients. Guests are isolated from other LAN clients.

I tried running this on channel 100, it would change to 36 or 132 too often due to radar detections. So I thought I might as well run channel 132 80Mhz wide... No go. Can only do channel 132 @ 40Mhz...
