@tassellic Did you just try connecting to the IP address of the EAP? this will allow you to configure it with more options Most people just go straight to the IP

@mackworth The OC200 has only a 100mbps port, my speed tests come in way over the 300mbps rate indicating its not the Controller. At a guess its the gateway yes..

@Mebo Do you actually have any devices that have a firmware update available? It could simply be that that button checks for updates from cloud, however it may still prompt for updates it anyways....
