CPE 510 Does not respond after firmware upgrade

I recently upgraded the firmware on my cpe510 from v1.1 to TP_PharOS_1.3.3_151215 . there was no issue. then i tried upgrading to TP_PharOS_1.3.3_160705. while upgrading, it froze and restarted.
since then, i am unable to connect to it. the power led comes on while establishing connection through my laptop but after about 30s, all leds come on and connection is terminated.
Even when it is powered on and not connected to anything, the power led and other leds flash on after 30s.
what could have happened. its only been 2 days since i bought it
