Hello

I am running Virgin Media Hub 2ac in modaem mode. I need to connect 12 wired (CAT6) point to a switch (considering SG1016D) The questions is, can I connect SG1016D directly to Hub in modem mode or do I need to something else in the middle?

Whether if your modem could assign different ip address for your network and do NAT? If not, you also need a router.

You mean the modem has no RJ45 connector to connect a cable? .
