Model: Archer MR600
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: Unk

Hi, this is my problem:

Until last week I was able to manage my router MR600 from remote by tether cloud app. Then I started to see the message Dispositivo Cloud (offline) and cannot connect any more.

Today I went to the router place, and from wifi connection tether works fine (same phone ) . From remote is offline.

I tryed to:

-reboot the router

-Change TP-Link ID password from PC connection to the router and from Tether.

-Uninstall and reinstall the tether app.

Nothing change. From wifi ok, from remote by theater cloud no.

Any Suggestion?

Now I can't go physically back to the router place for some months.

Thanks

@DanMR600

Maybe something has changed since the last time you were able to access the device remotely - think what it may be.

ISP change, network topology change, new device introduced in the local network, TP-LInk Cloud ID change, device FW change, Tether app version change, etc.

If you can't think of anything related then upgrade to the latest FW version and check if that works for you.

Here's how to determine your device FW and HW version and download the appropriate one.

If you're not planning to be on-site for some months, you may need a person in place to do that for you.
