@PJCPT2021 You have bound this VIGI camera to your TP-Link ID?

Once you did that, you will find this camera on VIGI App locally and remotely. Of course, you have provide internet for it.

By the way, which VIGI camera you got? I got C300HP-2.8 and C400HP-6
