It seems 2.21.0 is too new for this Controller version and they are not compatible.

Are they all EAP245 V3? If so, I recommend you upgrade the EAP to the latest version and upgrade the Controller to V4.

Looking at the details and screenshots you have provided I am guessing you are not running these devices via a Controller? Namely they are all stand alone devices?

If so I would recommend you update to the latest firmware (5.0.3) as this has been a number of fixes for issues since then, should be an improvement all round.   2.x firmware is now unsupported.

However.. if you are running a controller you would need to update the controller to SDN v4 (Firmware 1.8) to support the EAP245 on Firmware 5.x

@Philbert I upgrade the controller and tested with 2 AP before; but now the controller says "The device is not current compatible with the controller" XD

I had to upgrade the AP before upgrade the controller, I tested first on my PC before do it where I have the controller and the controller V4.3.5 does not recognize the APs.

Well, I had to search other firmware and found the version 2.4.0, I downgraded those 2 AP and now works as the AP with the version 2.3.0, now shows me the users connected.

Ok so if you have the controller on SDN v4 then you need to manually update the access points also.  

If memory serves me correctly EAP firmware 2.4 is for the SDN v3     You  would therefore need to change to a v5 firmware (example below)

Remove / Forget the AP and log into it manually using IP.  Do an update to the v5.0.2 firmware and that will move you into the SDN v5 support channel.    Re-Adopt the AP and all should be good again!
