Hello,

I've been trying to connect to my EAP220 web interface using the standalone method. I tried going to the IP that my router gave to EAP220 via DHCP client list but to no avail. I tried resetting the AP also and do the same but it still wont go to the EAP220 web interface. I tried using the Omada Controller and Omada Discovery Utility to find my AP in the network but it wont show up.

Any help will do. Thanks,

Hi, can you see EAP220 on your Router's Client list? If not, this EAP220 are not connected to the Router, we should check the connectivity between EAP220 and Router.
