After configuring the standalone setup for eap110, i've notice once creating open network with portal enabled a visitor can scan all the devices connected to that open wifi and i think this is not good for security for a tplink outdoor.

When you created the SSID did you enable tick the box for GUEST NETWORK? This will automatically set some restrictions
Also are you running a switch or Controller with this device? If so you could likely accomplish this via ACL or Switch rules blocking the protocols.
Yes but after enabling it i can't access tplinkeap.net and 192.168.0.254 anymore even after trying to open it in computer .Im only configuring the standalone for now.
since i need a budget to buy for the oc200 soon.
