I'm not getting 867Mbps link speed on my phone with C6 router with 5Ghz. How do I get It? I get highest 433Mbps.

What is the brand and model number of your phone?
Even nowadays it's mainly smartphones that are fairly high end that feature dual-antenna Wi-Fi setups, so they could receive both data stream from your C6, adding up to the 867 Mbps.
Apparently Huawei doesn't mention detailed specs of the Wi-Fi's built in their phones.
At least on this website that lists specifications for basically any phone on the market it doesn't mention support for 2x2 MIMO for your phone, but it does for more high-end and/or newer Huawei phones.
