My ISP is Unifi.

I have connected the necessary cables and had included my PPPoE details within the setup.

Had it set to Unifi Malaysia profile.

 

The only problem now is there is no internet access for the router. The router internet LED is orange.

Can you show us Status tab from AX10 when you have WAN connection? Maybe it is problem with your mac address?

Please check this guide to confirm all the settings on the AX10 do match that provided by Unifi Malaysia:
