Looking for advice on the best way to configure different SSID groups with what they can access internally in a network.
I need office staff (no limits to IP addresses)
temp staff (can only access specific IPs eg 192.168.1.10 for printer)
Guest (can access internet only)

What you are trying to achieve would be best served via a Switch Access Control List and / or VLANs
Do you have a managed switch and controller? You would likely need both to accomplish this. If going to route I would also recommend a Gateway (R605 for example) to allow different IPs for the VLANs
If you just have a standalone AP, its unlikely you could to this at present..
