Dear Tplink Team.

I have a Tplink AX11000 which is connected to the internet via PPPoE (fiber). I have bought an TL-R605 and have been trying to connect the WAN port via the AX11000 Lan port to the internet but have not succeded. I want to use the TL-R605 to connect my apple tv to a commercial vpn provider called vpn express and i have tried both pptp and l2tp protocols directly via the WAN setup section but have not been able to get it work. I have also tried Dynamic IP setting in the WAN section hoping that it would automatically get an ip from the AX11000 router thinking maybe i could use the pptp or l2tp client option under the vpn server section as well but also did not work. Any suggestions. What am i missing here?

PS ; I can connect via PPTP option on the AX11000 without any problems to ExpressVPn so i know its not a connection issue on the commercial vpn service provider side.Also all of the vpn passthrough are active 'n the AX11000
