Does anyone know if the OC200 will use a USB memory card to store history data retention if this is enable, or does it only store this on the internal memory?

The OC200 will store history data retention on the internal memory if it's enabled, but can also store on a USB memory card if there is.
To use a USB memory card to store the data, go to Settings > Auto Backup, enable it and specify the rules as you like.
For OC200, Auto Backup is available only when it is powered by a PoE device and a storage device is connected to its USB port.
