Auto-logout from the web interface
Hi,
Whenever I try to access a web interface my session is cancelled automatically and I have redirected back the login page. The sequence is as follows:
- The login page is displayed properly,
- Then I enter login and password,
- The web UI is displayed for a few seconds,
- And the session ends and the web browser displays login page again.
The problem occurs on Windows 10 both in Firefox and Edge. I tried clearing the web cache, clearing cookies etc. The firmware upgrade supposed to solve this issue but the problem persists.
Anyone was able to solve this issue?
